Had a great coffee & delicious cheese toasty. They were really kind & did our cat an oat-milk latte. I recommend taking the walkway upstairs & sitting outside, the view is great.

Stopped here while driving past. Plenty of parking and amazing views of the dam! Honestly wasn't expecting much from the food offerings but were very pleasantly surprised by how lovely it all was. I had an iced latte which was really really good. As well as a piece of carrot cake which I think was the softest fluffiest strong tasting carrot cake I've ever had. And my wife really enjoyed her scone with cream and jam. Also tried a few flavours of ice cream and had a scoop of Biscoff to take away. Lovely friendly service and great prices. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent cafe with delicious food. The views are amazing, great customer service, cannot fault a thing. Would highly recommend. Had the lemon and blueberry cake, triple chocolate brownie, cheese and tomatoes panini and a homemade lemonade.

I only had a coffee and an ice cream, this time (!) but we'll be back and will certainly have something to eat. I had a Biscoff ice cream, after reading other people's positive reviews about their ice cream experience. They weren't wrong. Someone said, in one review, that it was the best ice cream they'd ever tasted. I think they might be right! Needless to say, the location is utterly stunning, world class and glorious!

Hands down the greatest ice cream my partner and I have ever experienced. It was unbelievable. This little cafe with stunning views over Llyn Clywedog Dam is run by a husband and wife and everything from the ice cream, cakes and even fresh lemonade is handmade by the wife. This place was one of those rare gems you just happen upon and will never forget. Truly unbelievable!!!

After a lovely walk around the lower section of the dam, my family and I stopped at the cafe. Excellent value and super friendly host. A few drinks and a couple of delicious toasties later and we were ready to explore some more. Amazing view from the upper level balcony and well worth a visit.

Popped in after visiting the mine workings at the bottom of the dam, we had already read the reviews so expectations were high. The caffi did not disappoint! I loved my fresh raspberry hot chocolate, and lemon and blueberry cake. Husband was very impressed with his scones and the kids rated the milkshakes 10/10. And then the view - what a treat to have both great food, drink, and a wonderful setting.

We started with a range of toasties and drinks and they were all lovely. Views are fabulous and the owners are friendly and welcoming. We followed that with the homemade ice-creams which are beyond scrumptious, and very varied. We all loved them, and even tried the curry ice cream which was amazing. In summary, great views, food and service. Would wholeheartedly recommend
